Main objective of CTCP - Centre for Training and Career planning of our college is to create awareness among the students about the various competitive exams conducted by Government and Public Sector Undertakings for acquiring jobs. It also gives career guidance and conducts training programmes to all the final year students. CTCP also offers personalized career counseling and guidance to students, helping them explore various career paths, set realistic career goals, and make informed decisions about their future.

Main Objectives of the Placement Cell

Student Placement: To facilitate the placement of students in suitable job roles, internships, and other career opportunities aligned with their qualifications, skills, and career aspirations.

Career Counseling: To provide comprehensive career guidance and counseling services to students, assisting them in exploring career options, identifying their strengths, and making informed decisions about their professional paths.

Skill Enhancement: To offer training programs, workshops, and skill development initiatives to enhance students' employability skills, such as communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership.

Industry Interaction: To foster strong relationships with industries, organizations, and recruiters to understand their hiring needs, trends, and expectations, and to facilitate collaboration opportunities for students.

Internship Support: To assist students in securing internships with reputable companies and organizations, enabling them to gain practical experience, industry exposure, and valuable insights into their chosen fields.

Placement Events: To organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events on campus, inviting companies to conduct interviews and interact with students, thereby creating opportunities for employment and networking.

Alumni Engagement: To engage with alumni networks to leverage their expertise, experiences, and connections in creating job opportunities, mentorship programs, and career advancement pathways for current students.

Entrepreneurship Promotion: To encourage and support entrepreneurial initiatives among students by providing guidance, resources, and networking opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs to launch and grow their ventures.

Placement Record Management: To maintain accurate records of student placements, including job offers, salaries, feedback, and other relevant data, to evaluate the effectiveness of placement strategies and enhance future initiatives.

Continuous Improvement: To continuously assess and improve placement cell services, programs, and initiatives based on feedback from students, employers, and other stakeholders, as well as evolving industry trends and requirements.

Equity and Inclusion: Ensure that placement cell services are inclusive and accessible to all students, regardless of their background, abilities, or circumstances, and actively promote diversity and equal opportunities in the recruitment process.

Support from the Management

The Management provides refreshments to the students at free of cost during the conduct of the programmes.

Our college Secretary motivates the students by donating an executive bag with stationery kit to all the students who attends the training programmes.
