ROTARACT is Rotary Sponsored Club for young men and women in the age group of 18 to 24 in our college. Among the most prestigious and oldest clubs in the College , it's 20th year old history is a testimony to this fact. Rotaract Club of our college stands tall as the beacon of Rotary movement in South India, with Service above Self as the guiding philosophy. It has made significant contributions to the Community through pioneering programmes. Mrs. R.Angayarkanni Assistant professor of Commerce, is incharge for conducting orientation programme for the green Rotaractors. Rotaract Club of Urumu dhanalakshmi college provides an opportunity to young adults to enhance their knowledge and skills. The total strength for this programme consisted of nearly 60 Rotaractors. Our students were recommended for the prestigious award of Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) programme organized by the Rotary club of Tiruchirappalli Chapter.

Through RYLA, Rotary Clubs provide youth between 14 and 30 an opportunity to mould themselves as future leaders. Eminent speakers were invited to motivate the young men and women to take up further responsibilities in providing succour to the less privileged sections of the society.
